Michelle毕业于上海交通大学，后就读于日本横滨国立大学，获理工科硕士学位。

Michelle在日本工作期间，获得了中小企业诊断士资格；回国就职于日资和美资企业，其间曾多次作为优秀经理人，被选派到新加坡和美国芝加哥参加了女性领导人和商务管理培训；她还是美国领导力协会《有效的个人领导力》课程的研修生。

Michelle具有10多年在跨国公司的工作和管理经验，通晓包括从外贸到制造业，从市场销售到技术开发/品质管理, 从客户服务到团队领导等领域的实践内容；基于这些丰富的职业背景和经验，结合出色的中/日/英语的语言能力，Michelle独创了融合语言，文化和管理咨询为一体的口译兼商务顾问服务，受到了客户的高度评价。主要客户包括惠普公司，美国礼来公司，德国蒂森克虏伯公司，加拿大领事馆，荷兰帝斯曼公司，日本TDK-Lambda公司等。

Michelle was graduated from JiaoTong University in Shanghai and continued her postgraduate degree from Yokohama National University, Japan.

She is a believer of life long learning to maintain an edge in today's fast paced and changing world. She was invited to attend Women Leaders in Business program in Singapore, and participated High Level Management Skills in Chicago, Illinois, USA. She has also completed a program of Effective Personal Leadership from LMI from Texas, USA.

A global renaissance woman, her business interests have taken her internationally to the USA, CANADA, JAPAN, SINGAPORE, HOLLAND, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, MALYASIA and THAILAND,etc. She has a broad management experience working for Chinese, Japanese, American and European corporations.

Michelle is well-versed in Sales, Marketing, Foreign Training, PR consulting, Manufacturing and R&D aspects.
In addition to her role as Business Director of BROADCOMM she is very qualified and active in interpretation for selected key accounts, where she provides business culture consulting service, including HP, Eli Lilly, ThyssenKrupp, DSM, Canadian Consulate, TDK-Lambda, etc.

Her fluency in Chinese, Japanese and English plus her quick and agile mind bring her a high level of fulfillment. As a guiding force of BROADCOMM it is her attitude toward Perfect Customer Care that puts BROADCOMM a level above the pack.
